All the problems with login, registration, balance, transactions, recharge, etc., are handled by the developers. You will have to reach them in order to obtain additional information. This seems to be the only way since I don't have access to their systems.
Since there is nowhere specified about the procedure, the only thing you can do is to either uninstall the application or use the Clear Data and Cache (only for Android version). You can find the application in Applications > Settings > Application Manager > All > Icallmore (available only for Android). In Windows, uninstall the app and delete the installation folder. Reboot the computer, then perform the installation again.
You can register for an account on iCallMore using the official website of the application. Make sure to use real contact details because you will receive a confirmation email to verify if you are the person using the service. After you've registered, you will be offered to buy products and use the service as a real customer.
